Perfect Posture Solution???

Is there really such a ‘thing’ as perfect posture? Perhaps not perfect.... but well aligned posture is a goal we should all aspire to maintain throughout our lives.

Poor posture can cause symptoms from a mildly sore neck to pain and numbness in the shoulders, arms and hands as well as headaches, eye strain and can contribute to your overall well being simply because your structure is not aligned correctly. Good posture helps your skeleton hold you up rather than hanging off your muscles... and can prevent a whole host of aches and pains as well as digestive issues. Most times.... simply trying to be aware to have good sitting posture is impossible or not practical....

We now have a solution......

The Posture Medic is a simple tool that helps hold your shoulders back, encouraging you to be aware of your posture and to use muscles you perhaps forgot or did not know that you even had. It is a simple "figure of 8" style support that loops around each shoulder and underarm working to hold your shoulder complex in a better position. The strap is made of a rubberized surgical tubing and is stitched together in between the shoulder blades. It is easy to wear and comfortable when sized correctly. Sizing is based on weight and height. The Posture Medic is intended to give you awareness of your postition... encouraging you to recruit those muscles that hold your alignment, not to do the work for you. It is important that the strap is not too tight and that movement of the upper body is restricted in any way.

It is recommended to start that you just wear it for 10-15 minutes a few times a day and then gradually progress to wearing it whenever you sit or drive for long distances. We have seen amazing results in many patients and highly recommend this simply posture support.

We are selling the Posture Medic at our clinic for $35 (tax included)
