LUNCH TIME FITNESS CLASSES

All of our classes will be in small groups of max. 6-8 people and taught by our experienced staff of Physiotherapists or Chiropractor.

Please register your spot in each class separately in advance by contacting the front desk at 905-844-8425 or info@physicaledgephysio.com

Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class. 

24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for. Please notify us by sending an email to info@physicaledgephysio.com or calling us at 905-844-8425. Failure to notify us 24 hours prior to your class will result in a no show fee.

Starting September 23th

Monday: 12:15 – 12:45   OR   12:45 – 1:15pm
HIIT Class: Mid-week – high intensity 30min interval class – activate your nervous system and elevate you heart rate to improve your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. 

Cost = $10

Tuesday: 12:15 – 12:45  OR  12:45 – 1:15pm
CORE Class: 30min class to get you moving and activate your deep core muscles. Learn how safely strengthen and stabilize your lower back by strengthening your trunk muscles.
Cost = $10

Wednesday: 12:15 – 1pm 
MOBILITY Class: 45min class with a focus of loosening your hips and shoulders to improve your sitting posture and lengthen out those “pesky” muscles that hold the tension in your neck – great way to start your work week. 

Cost = $10

Thursday:   12:15 – 12:45pm  OR  12:45 – 1:15pm
MAT PILATES Class: Pilates is a method of exercise, which aims to develop core postural muscle strength, stability and flexibility resulting in an overall better body awareness and more efficient and graceful movement. 30min class.
Cost = $10

We encourage participants to bring their own mats.
