If you want get moving during your lunch hour and don't have time for a full hour class, this is a great way to build full-body strength, flexibility and stability. Mat pilates classes are designed for those who are familiar and comfortable with pilates movements and are looking to complete regular, weekly sessions as a form of exercise. Movements will vary from moderate to intermediate, with options to add more advanced movements if you choose to.

The aim of a restorative class is to bring the nervous system into the “rest and digest” mode with slow transitions and fewer poses. No muscle engagement, nor stretch is cued. Instead, poses are held passively and supported with the props. All poses are seated or lying down.

Private Reformer Sessions
Private or semi-private reformer sessions offer the opportunity for 1-on-1 workouts that align with your physical goals. Whether it be to improve flexibility, strength or mobility, reformer pilates compliments every day movements and other forms of exercise. 30–minute introduction sessions are offered to get comfortable with the reformer and to set your goals for future sessions. Whether you are interested in simply trying out the reformer, or looking to book regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions, the introduction option allows you to decide and go from there.
