Mobility Class with Dr. Andrew

  • 45 minute class with a focus of loosening your hips and shoulders to improve your sitting posture and lengthen out those “pesky” muscles that hold the tension in your neck – great way to start your work week. 

TUESDAY

12:15 - 12:45pm

30-minute Lunchtime Mat Pilates with Adrienne â€‹

  • If you want get moving during your lunch hour and don't have time for a full hour class, this is a great way to build full-body strength, flexibility and stability.  Mat pilates classes are designed for those who are familiar and comfortable with pilates movements and are looking to complete regular, weekly sessions as a form of exercise. Movements will vary from moderate to intermediate, with options to add more advanced movements if you choose to. 

1:30 - 2:30pm

Chair Yoga with Susanne

  • Using a chair in yoga lowers impact on joints, offers support for balance and for moving from standing to positions closer to the mat. In this accessible class you are encouraged to explore the many options for using the chair and other props in your practice

5:00 - 6:00pm

Flow Mobility Yoga with Susanne

  • A flow class moves from pose to pose with smooth transitions, a slower pace than a regular flow class allows for combining mindful movement targeting mobility, strength and flexibility conditioning. 

6:30 - 7:30pm

Restorative Yoga with Susanne

  • The aim of a restorative class is to bring the nervous system into the “rest and digest” mode with slow transitions and fewer poses. No muscle engagement, nor stretch is cued. Instead, poses are held passively and supported with the props. All poses are seated or lying down.

11:00 - 12:00pm

Intro to Mat Pilates with Adrienne​

  • Intro to mat Pilates is designed for those who have not tried Pilates before, or are looking to get back into it after a break. These sessions will focus on the core principles of Pilates, and individuals of all ages and skill are welcome.

This class enhances strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility, helping athletes perform at their best. It releases tight muscles, improves joint mobility, and strengthens core stability, promoting recovery and reducing injury risk. Ideal for runners, cyclists, and gym-goers, it supports performance and athletic goals.

10:15 - 11:15am

Introduction to Yoga with Susanne

This class builds a strong foundation in yoga, focusing on balance, stability, flexibility, and mobility to improve health and movement. Open to all levels and abilities, it fosters an inclusive, supportive environment. Through intentional movement and breath, participants cultivate calm, body awareness, and inner strength.

Private Reformer Sessions

 Private or semi-private reformer sessions offer the opportunity for 1-on-1 workouts that align with your physical goals. Whether it be to improve flexibility, strength or mobility, reformer pilates compliments every day movements and other forms of exercise. 30–minute introduction sessions are offered to get comfortable with the reformer and to set your goals for future sessions. Whether you are interested in simply trying out the reformer, or looking to book regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions, the introduction option allows you to decide and go from there.

Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class.

24-hour notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you are registered for. Please notify us by sending an email to info@physicaledgephysio.com or calling us at 905-844-8425. Failure to notify us 24 hours prior to your class will result in a no show fee.
