This gentle, supportive class uses a chair to help improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation while reducing stiffness and discomfort. Designed for all levels—especially those new to yoga, returning to movement, or managing joint stiffness or balance concerns—this class focuses on moving comfortably, safely, and with ease so you can feel better in your body day to day.

45 minute lessons focusing on gentle movements, but despite their simplicity, they bring about quite powerful changes, improving posture, reducing stiffness, and making overall movement easier. It’s fun and interesting, and many people feel younger and more energetic afterward. Because you’re moving slowly and with attention, you’re re-wiring your brain -- so you can break bad habits and hold on to these new ways of moving. Feldenkrais classes are appropriate for anyone who wants to move and feel better – no experience required.

A gentle, restorative class designed for those returning to movement after injury, childbirth, or a period of reduced activity. This class focuses on safe, controlled movements to rebuild strength, mobility, and body awareness while supporting healing and recovery.
We encourage participants to bring their own mats.
Please note that we require to keep your credit card on file; however your card will only be charged AFTER attending your registered class.
