The following therapists are available for online booking:


Sasha:


Sasha is an experienced Physiotherapist. She most recently completed a Masters of Clinical Science at Western University in 2021 where she became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and completed research in knee osteoarthritis and running. Prior to this, she completed her Sports Physiotherapy Fellowship at the University of Guelph in 2019, and her Masters in Physiotherapy at Queen’s in 2018. She has also completed her Integrated Dry Needling certification and coursework in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.


She is passionate about working with athletes and has experience treating individuals ranging from professional to novice. She has enjoyed working with a variety of sports teams, including a Minor Midget AAA hockey team, varsity lacrosse at the University of Guelph and Western, as well as rugby clubs at International events. We are thrilled to welcome Sasha to the Physical Edge team, like most of us, she is an athlete and comes from a background of sport. She played varsity rugby at Western University while completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. She has competed in a variety of other sports, such as hockey, soccer, track and field, tennis, golf and field hockey. Passions outside of physiotherapy include hiking, tennis, spending time with her friends, family and dogs, cooking and interval training.


Mary:




Mary is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Physical Therapy and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Her treatment approach incorporates manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture and individualized exercise programs helping people to achieve their goals of returning to their normal activities at home, work and sport. Mary is dedicated to enhancing her clinical skills and continues to attend a variety of post-graduate courses as well as volunteering her time as part of the medical team at many sporting events.


Arthur:




Arthur graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ramapo College in 2012 and furthered his education in 2015 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University in the United States.

Arthur has practiced in the outpatient orthopaedic field where he has experience in sports related rehabilitation, and he specializes in the treatment a variety of orthopedic conditions with manual therapy and corrective exercise prescription. He has continued his education to include advanced manual therapy techniques, Bio-Integrative myofascial release techniques, vestibular rehabilitation and blood flow restriction. In addition, he is certified in dry needling and practices acupuncture techniques.

While working in the US, Arthur gained experience working within the neurological field of Physical Therapy with post stroke rehabilitation, post joint replacement and those patients with neurological disorders such as Guillain-Barre Syndrome and Multiple Sclerosis.


Outside work Arthur likes to watch movies of different genres, hiking, exploring new places and bringing new life to all things that are broken.


Zoe:




Zoe graduated with Honours - Distinction from triOS College Registered Massage Therapy Program. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph, along with an Occupational Health and Safety Certification from Seneca College.

Driven by her passion for enhancing human health and well-being, Zoe has navigated through diverse career paths, eventually finding fulfillment as a Registered Massage Therapist. In this role, she thrives in utilizing her skills, strengths, and interests to provide exceptional care to her clients. Zoe approaches her practice with warmth, attentiveness, and dedication, ensuring her clients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their sessions.

As an avid learner, Zoe remains committed to expanding her knowledge and skills, and staying up to date with the latest developments in her field, as well as continuously refining her techniques and approaches. Outside of work, she enjoys activities such as swimming, camping, and spending time with her family, including her cats.



How Do I Book Online?

It's very simple! Just use the following steps:


Click the button below to be redirected to our online booking portal.


  1. Select the type of appointment you would like to book. We offer three services: A) Massage Therapy B) Initial Physiotherapy Assessment C) Follow-up Physiotherapy

  2. Select how long you would like your appointment to be. Please note that for Initial Assessments you will be automatically booked for a one hour session.

  3. Select the date and time that works best for you, then click on "Proceed to Book."

  4. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail. Enter it, then proceed to fill out your personal information (such as Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number). Even if you are a previous patient of the clinic, you must fill in your personal information. However, you will be only prompted to do this during your first time booking online. You will not need to repeat this step after booking your first appointment online.

  5. Once you finish filling in your information save the form.

  6. DONE! Your appointment has been booked and you now have an account for the future if you would like to book online again.


Please note that you cannot cancel appointments online. If you would like to cancel an appointment you must e-mail the clinic at physicaledge@bellnet.ca or call us at 905-844-8425.
